Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with NodeRush. This policy sets out when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one.
1. Overview
This policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for NodeRush services. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Shimul Holding B.V., trading as NodeRush, operates the service. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our services are provisioned and begin immediately, you expressly request that performance start during this period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once a node has been provisioned. Where performance has not yet started, you may withdraw for a full refund.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal and your node remains active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not automatically refunded, but if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal and have not meaningfully used the node, contact us for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
4. On-demand (hourly) usage
On-demand usage is billed for the resources you have already consumed, in 60-second increments. Because this reflects compute that was delivered, hourly usage is generally non-refundable. We will still review billing errors and unexpected charges case by case.
5. Service credits (SLA)
If we miss the uptime target in our Service Level Agreement, you are entitled to service credits as described in the Terms of Service. SLA credits are applied to your account balance against future invoices and are not paid out as cash unless required by law. Service credits expire 6 months after they are issued, and their redeemable value reduces by 3% for each month they remain unused.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. Where a refund to the original charge is not possible, we credit the amount to your NodeRush account balance instead. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, for charges disputed through a chargeback while a refund request is already in progress, or for amounts beyond what was actually paid on the related invoice.
8. How to request a refund
Email contact@noderush.io from the address on your account, with your workspace name and the invoice or charge you are asking about. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we need to verify the request before moving money, we may ask you to confirm a recent action on your account.
